Originally a teacher, Monica’s transition from the classroom to real estate has been a natural one. She leverages her educational background—particularly her strengths in communication, instruction, and guidance—to provide a human-centered, client-focused experience. Born in San Francisco, CA, Monica is invested in real estate and the American Dream through her family’s three generations of residential homeownership and investments. Now as an established realtor now servicing Tampa Bay, Florida, she has also lived in several states and has successfully assisted clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA; Austin, TX; and Cincinnati, OH markets.

Her clients include individuals and families in all stages of life—first-time homebuyers, seasoned residential and vacant land buyers and sellers, investors, landlords, and clients relocating for work or lifestyle changes.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys taking daily walks from her home on Harbor Island to Channelside, the Riverwalk, and Downtown Tampa. She also enjoys hobbie like improv comedy, directing theater shows, music, dancing, cooking, urban exploration, and sharing her lifestyle and experiences on social media.
